Service Delivery

Digital Deliverables

Most of our services result in digital deliverables, including:

  • 3D CAD files and technical drawings

  • Design specifications and documentation

  • Prototyping guidelines and manufacturing specifications

  • Electronics schematics and PCB designs

  • Project reports and analysis

Delivery Method: Digital files are delivered via secure cloud storage links or email within 24-48 hours of project completion.

Physical Prototypes and Products

When physical prototypes or products are part of your service package:

  • Domestic Shipping (India): 3-7 business days via courier services

  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days depending on destination

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination

  • Insurance: High-value shipments are automatically insured

Custom Manufacturing and Production

For custom manufacturing services:

  • Delivery timelines vary based on complexity and quantity

  • Estimated delivery dates provided during project planning

  • Regular updates provided throughout the production process

  • Quality assurance testing completed before shipment

Refund Policy

Important Notice: Due to the highly customized and time-intensive nature of our engineering and design services, refunds are extremely limited and subject to strict conditions.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Given the custom, consultative nature of our services and the intellectual property delivered, we operate under a strict no-refund policy with very limited exceptions.

Extremely Limited Exceptions (Full Refund Only):

Refunds will ONLY be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Complete non-delivery of any work product after full payment and 90+ days beyond agreed timeline

  • Project cancellation by FabroLabs due to our inability to perform (extremely rare)

  • Proven breach of contract by FabroLabs (subject to arbitration)

Refunds Are NOT Available For:

  • Client dissatisfaction with design direction or aesthetic choices

  • Changes in client requirements after project commencement

  • Timeline delays due to client feedback, revisions, or approvals

  • Market performance of developed products

  • Third-party approvals, certifications, or patent outcomes

  • Crowdfunding or fundraising campaign results

  • Manufacturing challenges or cost variations

  • Completed work that meets agreed specifications

  • Client's change of business direction or strategy

  • Economic factors affecting client's business

  • Deliverables that require minor revisions or adjustments

  • Services partially completed (no partial refunds)

  • Client's inability to implement or use deliverables

Physical Product Returns

Custom prototypes and manufactured products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

No Returns Policy:

  • All physical products are custom-made to client specifications

  • No returns accepted for aesthetic preferences or design changes

  • No returns for products that meet agreed specifications

  • Client approval required at each milestone before proceeding

  • All manufacturing costs are final upon production start

Defective Products (Replacement Only):

  • Replacement only for confirmed manufacturing defects (no refunds)

  • Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence

  • Defects verified by independent third-party assessment if disputed

  • Client responsible for return shipping costs

  • Maximum liability limited to replacement of defective item only

Refund Request Process

Note: Refund requests are rarely approved. All requests must include substantial documentation and legal justification.

  1. Written Request: Submit detailed written request via email with complete documentation of claim

  2. Supporting Evidence: Provide comprehensive evidence including contracts, communications, and third-party assessments

  3. Legal Review: All requests undergo legal review which may take 30-45 business days

  4. Arbitration Requirement: Disputed claims must go through binding arbitration in New Delhi, India

  5. Decision Final: Our decision is final and not subject to further appeal

  6. Processing: If approved (extremely rare), refunds processed within 30 business days minus applicable fees

Refund Deductions

Any approved refunds (if applicable) will be subject to the following deductions:

  • Administrative processing fee: 15% of total project value

  • Work completed to date (non-refundable)

  • Third-party costs incurred (non-refundable)

  • Payment processing fees (non-refundable)

  • Legal and arbitration costs

Shipping Damage and Loss

  • Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of damaged packaging and products

  • We will coordinate with shipping carriers for insurance claims

  • Replacement or refund provided upon resolution of insurance claim

International Shipping Considerations

  • Clients are responsible for customs duties and import taxes

  • Delivery delays due to customs processing are not grounds for refund

  • Restricted items may not be shippable to certain countries

  • Export compliance documentation provided when required

Force Majeure

Delivery delays or inability to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, global pandemics, supply chain disruptions) do not constitute grounds for refund, but we will work with clients to find alternative solutions or adjust timelines.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work:

  • All deliverables undergo internal quality review

  • Free revisions for errors on our part

  • Technical support provided for 90 days after project completion

  • Documentation and guidance provided for all deliverables

Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with our refund decision:

  1. Request a review by our senior management team

  2. Present additional evidence or clarification

  3. Seek mediation through agreed dispute resolution process

  4. Final decisions will be made within 15 business days

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website notification.
