• Late payments may be subject to interest charges

• Payment for completed work becomes immediately due
• Work-in-progress will be delivered upon payment
• Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

12. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
